Reportes del Sistema

Buenas tardes, cuando intento visuallizar algún reporte del sistema me aparece la siguiente leyenda:
"IMPOSIBLE CONECTAR VariablesPro.dll
Error:Imposible conectar con el servidor: 192.168.1.24 TimeOut alcanzado [5 seg]
Modulo:C:\Windows\SysWOW64\inetsrv\w3wp.exe"
Alguien me podría apoyar?
